Chris Bosh Spotted In The Hamptons

Well this is a rather pleasant surprise.

NBA star Chris Bosh was spotted looking rather posh, with no tears in sight.  A stark contrast to our last sighting after the Miami Heat player had to use his team-mates as crutches after the Heat fell to the Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 NBA Finals.

 The occasion? Bosh and wife Adrianne were on hand looking like members of the country club at the opening of Gallery Valentine in the East Hamptons. Nice to see Bosh fully recovered. Also, just a side note, I love that even in heels Adrianna is still about 3 feet shorter than Bosh.

How To Rock A Ponytail

If you thought the tired old ponytail could not be revived you better think again. The ponytail is a big hit for summer.

Instead of the tightly pulled ponytail that we are use to, the new ponytails are more relaxed and modern.

Easy 4th of July BBQ!

For all our American friends...

There is a solid chance that you'll be grilling today...you might even be trying to impress someone with your bbq skills. Here is a quick and simple rub recipe that will make people think you are a celebrity chef:

• 1 tablespoon freshly ground coffee (sounds weird but it's delicious)
• 2 teaspoons (packed) golden brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

The best part about this rub is that you can put it on ANYTHING! Steak, burgers, pork chops, chicken....you name it! (And I'm speaking some experience here. I have literally put this rub on every kind of meat you can throw on a bbq.)

Be safe today, eat some great food, have a few beers and celebrate!
