Move over black there is new eyeliner in town! The “Sunshine Shadow” has swept over spring and summer. It seems that yellow eye shadow or liner is making a name for itself.
It may not be for everyone but if you are looking for a bright eye look just line your lids with yellow. We all know yellow is a hot colour for your nails right now but can it really be taken to the next level by adding it to your eyes?
If you are daring enough to try here are the how to steps for applying yellow eye shadow:
- Dampen a thin angled brush
- Dip it into the yellow eye shadow
- Sweep the colour onto your lash line starting from the inner corner and working your way out
Tip: For a night time look, flick the brush upward at the outer corner for a sexy cat eye shape.
If you are going to rock yellow eye shadow use it for a night out or as a weekend look. Stay away from wearing it at the office, your boss probably won’t appreciate it as much as we do.
