The soon to be married Kim Kardashian is now threatening to sue NFL player Brett Lockett if he doesn’t recant his claims of having an affair with the reality star. Bret Lockett went on TMZ Live on Wednesday and claimed that he had an online and physical relationship with Kim while she was dating basketball player Kris Humphries. In the letter that Kim sent him through her lawyer Michael Kump it says:
“To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship,” adding, “Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett.”
Apparently Locket is claiming to have physical evidence that they were together but won’t show it. We all know that if this "physical evidence" does exists, it'll get leaked sooner or later.
On another note Kim and Kris are planning on signing a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched! Kim is worth around $35 million US and her fiancee is worth $8 million.
