Halle Berry and her adorable three-year-old, Nalah, were spotted going out for a pizza lunch in Beverly Hills on Thursday. A smiling Halle holds her daughters hand as they head over to Vito’s Pizzeria.

The couple separated in April of last year which caused a very bitter, and very public, feud between the two. In the fight for custody of Nalah both parents accused the other of being unfit to care for the child. During the extensive battle, representatives of Berry told People magazine that she felt that leaving her child with Aubry for an extended period of time was dangerous and that she would do anything she could to protect her. In the end the two settled on a 50/50 custody agreement.
Since then Berry has been seen out and about looking happier and making the most of her new role as a single mom. Halle Berry has been quoted saying, "I want love, and I will find it, hopefully."
