Kim Kardashian may struggle to keep her World's Best Bum title what with all the extra junk in her trunk! The 30-year-old reality TV star admits movie from LA to New York has played havoc with her diet and exercise regime and now she's more likely to go for fast food than a fast run. "The hardest thing about moving from California to New York is the food – it's everywhere," says Kim. "I have got to know the pizza there really well. I have probably gained 10lbs living in New York. I can't find a gym I just see pizza and hotdogs everywhere."
